How long does shipping take?
All online orders are dispatched within 24 hours, but there may be a delay for orders placed on weekends or public holidays. In these situations, your order will be dispatched on the next business day.
We ship all products using Australia Post Standard Shipping or Express Shipping.
For areas in Australia, Standard Shipping is estimated to take 3+ business days and Express Shipping is estimated to take 2-3 business days for metropolitan areas. This is subject to change when there is higher volume and demand, especially around public holidays such as Christmas.
How can I track my order?
All orders will be shipped using Australia Post. A tracking number and link will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. Please visit this link in your email to check your order status through Australia Post.
How much is delivery?
We use Australia Post for all our shipping.
Standard shipping is $6.99 and Express shipping is $10. We offer free shipping for orders $30 or more.
What happens if I'm not home to receive the delivery?
In this case, the courier will try to find a safe place to leave it. If it is unsafe, the courier will leave a card on your door or mailbox for you to collect the parcel from your local post office. We suggest picking it up as soon as possible, as Australia Post often has time limits for holding parcels before returning it to the sender.

Why do you use airless pumps bottles?
Our premium airless pump bottles ensure that your product remains uncontaminated and always ready to use. Unlike traditional pump bottles, airless pump bottles do not have any tubes - instead they use pressure to squeeze everything towards the top of the bottle. This means that you won't have any leftover product sitting at the bottom of your bottle.
They are also a 30ml size since it is ideal for traveling and TSA compliant.
